The United States is located in the western part of the Atlantic Ocean and is approximately 9,629,091 sq. kms. This area includes Alaska, Hawaii and Washington D.C. The United States borders with Canada to the North and Mexico to the South. The coastline of the United States is 19,924 km. The United States is the third largest country in the world. Various terrains can be found in the United States, such as hills, mountains, valleys, agricultural land and desert landscapes. There are national parks all across the country, such as Yellowstone and Yosemite in the West and Acadia in the Northeast. The Israeli government recently decided to exempt seven housing companies from the obligation to publish tenders. I think that this decision is liable to cause unnecessary tension with the American government and with entities in the U.S. economy that already believe that the Israeli government discriminates against them. U.S. aid should not be denigrated, and not for the political and values reasons that underpin it, but because it’s a fundamental strategic asset for Israel. Attorneys may appear with clients at non-immigrant visa (NIV) interviews, at the discretion of the interviewing officer. The ground rules relating to such appearance––including attorney participation during the interview––are determined by the interviewing officer, on a case-by-case basis. Advance written permission (usually in the form of an email) to appear in a given case is required in order for the attorney to be admitted into the Visa Section. |

Chamber Boardroom
The Chamber is providing its Members, at a symbolic price, its boardroom on the 8th floor in the America House in Tel Aviv. Up to 18 people can be seated around the table, or up to 35 people in a theatre configuration. Services include a first-rate projector, a "barcode" for presentation purposes.
