* Oct. 18-19 – U.S. and Israel: Building Business through Innovation
On Oct. 18-19, the Chamber, together with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce – of which the Chamber is a Member – celebrated the 25th year since the signing of the free trade agreement between Israel and the U.S. The conference, in Washington, D.C., focused on technological breakthroughs, innovation across industries and global partnership opportunities. Chemi Peres, Chairman of the Chamber, lead a delegation of Israeli businesspeople. Noted speakers included MK Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, Minister of Industry, Trade and Labor; MK Danny Ayalon, Deputy Foreign Minister; Senator Mark Warner (D-VA); Senator John Barrasso, (R-WY); John Woolard, CEO of BrightSource Energy; Dan Senor, author of the bestseller "Start-Up Nation," and many more.

* Oct. 20 – U.S.-Israel FTA: 25th Silver Anniversary - Going For the Gold
On Oct. 20, the Chamber held in New York its 3rd Annual Conference, in cooperation with the America-Israel Friendship League, The conference was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the U.S.-Israel Free Trade Agreement. The conference included a number of distinguished speakers, including Governor of New York, David Paterson; Jeff Applegate, Chief Investment Officer at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney; Larry Silverstein - President and CEO of Silverstein Properties; Charles Kushner, Chairman of Kushner Companies, Shari Arison and Yair Seroussi, Owner and Chairman of Bank Hapoalim, respectively; Ofra Strauss, Chairwoman of Strauss Group; Ester Levanon, CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and many more. Panel discussions included the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange; The New Tools for Finance; Innovative Investments and Real Estate.
