The Chamber, together with Advocate Vibeke Dank and Baker & McKenzie Law Firm, invites you to a seminar on U.S. Anti-Bribery Laws, on Thursday, June 17 2010, at the Chamber Conference Room, 35 Shaul Hamelech Blvd., 8th floor, America House in Tel Aviv.

The seminar is geared toward CEOs and CFOs of companies in all fields engaging in business in the U.S., to introduce them to the basic

principles and legal requirements under US and Israeli law regarding anti-bribery compliance. The seminar will include
