Avi has a long managerial record of leading various teams in the pharmaceutical industry. Avi has built a distinguished career marked by significant leadership roles.

Prior to his current role, Avi held various senior leadership positions at Novartis.

Since March 2020, he serves as the General Manager of Abbvie Israel, where he oversees strategic operations and business growth.

Avi holds an Executive MBA from Bar Ilan University and a Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University.
