Senior Partner and Head of the Environment and Climate Change Practice, Herzog Fox & Neeman

Dr. Ruth Dagan is a senior partner and head of the Environment and Climate Change Practice at Herzog Law since 2005. Ruth serves as advisor to the UNFCCC Secretariat Legal Affairs Division on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement since 2022. She is also a member of VERRA’s Verified Carbon Standard Advisory Group. Ruth has been an international environment and climate change law practitioner for over two decades. She holds a doctorate from NYU's School of Law specializing in environmental policy and climate finance with concentration on emissions trading. In her academic capacity, Ruth is the Director of Climate Change and International Collaborations at the Arison Center on ESG at Reichman University.
