General Manager, Amdocs Israel


General Manager of Amdocs Israel, a subsidiary of the Amdocs group and business executive responsible for worldwide business development of large, strategic, managed services and M&A deals.

Prior to that, Shai was the President of the Global Strategic Sourcing division with responsibility to grow the Managed Services business of Amdocs as well as for the global operation, servicing Amdocs’ most strategic customers.

Previously Shai served as the President of Amdocs’ Delivery Competency Centers, overseeing Amdocs’ global development centers, home to thousands of developers delivering on more than 120 projects a year.

Prior to the Delivery, Shai was the Division President responsible for several strategic customers in North America. Most notable one is Sprint where he oversaw post-merger consolidation of the Sprint and Nextel systems – one of the largest and most complex projects in the industry.

Earlier, Shai was the Vice President and Customer Business Executive responsible for award and management of the Bell Canada Managed Services deal, leading the creation of the Certen joint venture and its subsequent acquisition by Amdocs.

Shai holds an MBA degree and BA degrees in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
