Skills Cube is a system for documentation, rating, and evaluation of professional skills at both the enterprise and individual levels. This platform can create a comparative measure for employers and training bodies, and manage employees' sets of skills. The ultimate goal is to increase training and hiring efficiency.

Over 70 employees from the most recognized organizations in Israel were grouped and assigned to research, develop, and present practical solutions to future employability. Each group was paired with a mentor who guided them throughout the six-month process. The projects were presented at Microsoft, Herzeliya Pituach on September 18th, 2019 to the OUTSIGHT Steering Committee and over 200 additional attendees. The pitches offered solutions which would revolutionize workforce education and training in the fields of Technology, Academia, Social Groups, and more.
